Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS CQS):

The Managing Director of Dev Developers is elected a certified member of The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS CQS).  

AIQS Members with Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) designation represent the highest level of expertise. A Certified Quantity Surveyor has the requisite education, knowledge and experience to provide exemplary service and advice to clients.  A Certified Quantity Surveyor offers independent, impartial, expert advice in identifying and minimising time, cost, quality, environmental and safety risks.  

Certified Quantity Surveyor (CQS) is an additional designation to your current Corporate Membership grade. Although it does not change your membership grade, it provides your clients with additional assurance of your level of expertise.  

The Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) is a professional standards body.  Its leadership, standards and code of ethics ensures that practising Quantity Surveyors are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence.  

The AIQS has formal links with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NZIQS), the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), the International Cost Engineering Council (ICEC) and the Pacific Association of Quantity Surveyors (PAQS). 

 

Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS):

The Managing Director of Dev Developers is an elected chartered member of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).  

MRICS demonstrates to colleagues, clients, and peers that you have chartered qualifications and work to the highest industry standards.  

The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) accredits professionals within the land, property, construction, and infrastructure sectors worldwide. 

Fellows of Engineers Australia (FIEAust CPEng NER APECEng IntPE(Aus)
